Dream, Plan, Action
Dream is the easiest to do. A plan, need to think about it and action is to hardest to do!

The dream must be big enough to overcome the obstacles. The dream must be strong enough to push us to work on the plan and make it happen. Dream can't be achieved without any action. Put on paper what we want to achieve and work towards it.
